Virtues
your life wrote!
Christ you clothed yourself of!
Your cross you carried
witnessing the Christian Faith.


Virtues
your actions wrote!
Prayer Penances you offered
in tears and holy perseverance
awaiting your son's conversion and
the Holy Trinity your request granted.


Virtues
your thoughts wrote!
Forgiveness you exemplified
as your husband offenses piled up
your Christlike unfailing and constant Love
freed him from the chains of his addictions


Virtuous Saint Monica,
Christlike reflection for all
reminding us our purpose here.

She lives! She Lives!

Every attempt to suppress you fails
You reign forever more Wisdom
Forever real not contained in tales
Hungry for you we wait in the dome

Where do you dwell dear Wisdom?
not in the palaces entertaining foolishness
Where do you reside treasured Wisdom?
here in those seeking righteousness

Once found why part from each other
You live forever live with us who hold you
Once clothed of you we walk together
You brighten up all we see through you

Wisdom is not dead...
She lives! She Lives...
